As long as a suitable distraction was arranged, they would be able to utilize the access code again. The elevator would take them up to an empty gray room smelling very strongly of bleach and disinfectant. Exploration of the room would reveal that whoever cleaned it seemed to have been in a rush, as a few rust colored stains remain on the floor and walls. There is no way out other than the elevator back down.
